Terms & Conditions
The terms of the contract do not affect your statutory rights
Retail prices are shown inclusive of VAT but
Returned or represented cheques will be charged a £10 administration fee
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Orders are accepted on the understanding that they will be charged at the prices ruling at the time of despatch
Claims arising from shortages or damages must be made within 3 days upon receipt of the goods
Damaged/shortage of parcels must be signed for as damaged/parcel shortage
Goods remain the property of MartialSport Supplies until full payment has been received
All goods are subject to delivery costs unless collected from our premises giving prior notice
Payments:
Advance payments required on all orders prior to despatch. Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Connect (all debit cards). Cheques (allow 5 working days to clear), postal orders, banker's draft, direct money transfer. Please do not send cash.
Returns:
Returned goods will only be accepted for exchange/refund when returned as new in original wrappings within 14 days of purchase. The cost of returning the goods is at the customer's cost, we only exchange or refund the value of the goods, not the postage and packing. If you need to return any items, please email us at returns@martialartsyork.com before sending goods
The following can not be returned:
Goods that have been worn/washed/altered or soiled
Sparring equipment that is squashed/out of shape
Sparring equipment with straps fastened, causing wrinkling
Discontinued merchandise
Merchandise not in original wrapping with instructions
Your right to cancel your order: Cancellation Notice:
Under the Consumer Protection - 'Distance Selling Regulations 2000' you (the consumer) have the right to cancel your order within a 7 working day period. The cancellation period starts from the day that the goods are received.
The regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing including fax or email. A telephone call is not enough. In the event of cancellation the goods must be returned (as New) at the consumer's own expense. If the goods are not returned York Budo Supplies can arrange for the goods to be collected and direct cost will be returned from the refund total.
Shipping and Returns
The price of shipping and handling is calculated on the weight of the products in your order. Minimum shipping cost of £6.00 is applied to any delivery regardless of size and weight. Rates are subject to change without notice. Additional charges for large and heavey items that cost beyond our standard delivery charges will be added to the value of the order regardless of an offers or discount on Postage and Packaging
We are do not accept orders from overseas
All items will be dispatched within 5 working days of order. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. All customers with back orders will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel the order within 5 working days.
Warranty
Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. MartialSport Supplies reserves the right to replace such products and, other than this, will have no obligation. With the foregoing exception, York Budo Supplies makes no express warranties.
Content
Visitors are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, and creating derivative works of any content on the Website ("Content") unless authorized in writing by us to do so.
All Content of the Website is protected by copyright. The Content, trademarks, logos and service marks (Marks) displayed on the Website are the property of MartialSport Supplies or other third parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks without the written permission of MartialSport Supplies or such third party that may own the Marks.

MartialSports Supplies reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions
